But by God, what were these people thinking? They’re so out of touch with reality and that’s very well known when they tried to announce a Diablo for iOS and Android LOL. I really feel bad about the whole WCIII situation from a whole back. It really is sh*t too because all of their remasters have really done the OG versions dirty. all because they love us, right? 🙄 They’ve ignored most of all of our comments. But instead of taking the time to do that, and maybe even ADD more features like a voice chat or something sick, they TOOK THE TIME to REMOVE features. All they had to do was release EXACTLY what was released on PC, onto the consoles. only option is to use Discord which really is not acceptable because this is a game that CAME WITH these features since it was created. there’s no messaging system, no LFG capabilities, etc. Plus, Nintendo Switch doesn’t even have a functional friends list. & after chat, I’d say it would be nice for them to re-implement the old school lobbies system, or just make it the same as the current PC lobby system.
Once they have at LEAST introduced chat, I’ll buy it. They willingly took it out for some reason, Lord knows why because they never gave anybody a reason even though they promised a true-to-original experience for everyone. I’m on Switch, and as far as I’m concerned, I’m not buying the game until they at the very MINIMUM RE-INTRODUCE (because it’s NOT an “extra” feature) text chat into the game.
